Some unused concepts for Frank-N-Furter. From left:

1. Frank's lab outfit for the birth of Rocky. This was replaced with the hot-pink "Naughty Nurse" outfit and black rubber gloves.

2. Detail of Frank's Floor Show headpiece and choker. This idea was dropped due to budget and time constraints.

3. Original design for Frank's dinner outfit.

4. Original design for "Sweet Transvestite" cape. This design was later changed because Frank had to descend a spiral staircase - which is difficult enough in 7-inch platform shoes - so the cape was shortened to mid-thigh length.
