Matthew Barber’s Fireflies, adapted from Annette Sanford’s novel Eleanor and Abel, was directed by Terry Veal. The romantic comedy follows a retired Texas schoolteacher whose settled life is disrupted by a charming drifter.
CST Connections
Terry Veal previously directed Barber’s Enchanted April for CST. Lilli Bassett and Rob May’s earlier credits include Becky’s New Car and Ages of the Moon, respectively. Rhonda Clark combined acting with costume coordination for this production.
