New neighbors Pablo and Tania Del Valle and longtime residents Frank and Virginia Butley enter a backyard battle when a survey reveals that an established garden crosses their property boundary. Polite neighborliness quickly gives way to escalating conflict over fences, flowers, cultural assumptions, class, and entitlement.

Production Notes
Presented May 23–June 8, 2025; seventh production of Season 41. The original release describes a generational and cultural clash triggered by a property survey and a disputed two-foot strip of garden. Performed under the customary ten-performance, three-weekend Season 41 schedule, including discounted $15 Thursday tickets. Contemporary announcements indicated an approximately 90-minute performance without intermission. Jo Swigart exhibited work in the Tannenbaum Gallery.
