Production Notes
Based on playwright R. T. Robinson’s family history in Bastrop, Louisiana: three brothers, including his father, served during WWII while their wives shared a home with their mother-in-law; according to CST’s original page LIFE magazine sent a reporter. Franci Hart’s March 28, 1999 Oklahoman review “Cover of Life Excellent Production” praised the cohesive ensemble and Terry Veal’s direction. Original source spells Renee’ Krapff and Lynn Bates as transcribed. Special thanks: Jon Womastek, Vikki Simer, Doobie Potter, Rhonda Clark, Bob Bates, Sandi Morgan, Marilyn Veal, Addie Veal, Nicole Bortz, UCO Theatre Department, Joe Daleo, Staff Sgt. Mario Pelletier, Lynda Wagner, Susie Dennis, Gwen Wallace, Shane McClure, Pollard Theatre, Tony Goodman. Samuel French license.
